At Arizonia Rose we understand you are buying a product based on an image therefore we are happy to exchange or refund items* within 14 days of purchase due to change of mind. We are determined to make every customer feel beautiful whilst wearing our product.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Sale items 
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings 
  • Hygiene products eg. soaps 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number and full name attached. Please either contact us via email to receive approval to return and to be provided with our return address.  Please allow 1 business day for reply - check business hours here. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account however please contact us at arizoniarose@outlook.com.

If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arizoniarose@outlook.com with the issue and then we will forward our warehouse address for you to send your item to.

Sale items 

Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. Only full priced items may be returned. This includes storewide sales.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
